Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all labels and accessories intact. Products damaged due to misuse cannot be returned.

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return instructions and address.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are only refunded in the case of a defective or incorrect item.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
